As a certified Woman- and Minority-Owned Business (WBE/MBE), I bring a unique blend of corporate expertise and entrepreneurial drive to help businesses thrive. With a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Lindenwood University, a Project Management Certification, and certifications in Women’s Entrepreneurship (ECornell) and Google’s Digital Marketing & E-commerce, I have built a strong foundation in operations management, virtual and personal assistant services.

My journey began in the corporate world, where I spent 9.5 years climbing the ranks in healthcare administration, honing my skills in efficiency, leadership, and process improvement. After being laid off, I turned my expertise into an opportunity—launching my own business to support entrepreneurs with streamlined operations, strategic planning, and business management solutions. Now, I am dedicated to helping small businesses grow through efficient systems, workflow optimization, and personalized support.

Beyond business, I have been a mother for over 17 years, and motherhood is one of my passionate topics to speak on, alongside entrepreneurship, operations management, and business development.
